Staying on the Cajun theme, our Cajun Dirty Rice has baffled some with its seemingly unattractive name, but amazed everyone who has tasted it.

Such an easy dish to create, and it delivers on flavour by the truck load. It’s proved to be one of our most successful recipes of all time.

Dirty Fried Rice. It’s cheap. Gluten free. Tasty hot, cold, eaten next day. You can sub rice for cauliflower rice and it still tastes good. It’s so versatile. My husband who doesn’t like risotto/paella/much veg will happily have this, even when the rice goes a bit mushy. Pretty sure my 1 year old has had some and he loved it too.
