The tablet has four speakers, which are located on the side faces, if you hold the device in a horizontal orientation. Enough to listen to your favorite playlist or watch a movie. True, in games, when you hold the tablet horizontally, you will most likely block one or two speakers.
There are two cameras on the back of the Galaxy Tab S7. The main one has a resolution of 13 megapixels and an f / 2.0 aperture. Additional wide-angle module 5 megapixel, aperture f / 2.2. Supports 4K video recording at 30 fps. As for a tablet, the shooting quality is at an acceptable level, but let’s be honest. you will use the main camera only in extreme cases. But the front-facing 8 megapixel camera is well suited for video calls.
Soft, DeX mode
I think the main problem of Android tablets is the lack of special software for them, because the user, in fact, gets a smartphone shell stretched over a large screen. over, many apps DO NOT support tablet mode, which negatively affects the device experience.
The Galaxy Tab S7 runs Android 10 and OneUI 2.5. Samsung, however, continues to develop its DeX system, which gets better and faster every year. At the moment, it reminds me of Chrome OS. it seems that you have a laptop in front of you, but still you understand that its functionality is reduced. In the new version of DeX, the taskbar has changed, various touchpad gestures are supported, and you can change the zoom. Multi-window mode works quickly, if you pull the application to the side, it will open half the screen.
Still, the Galaxy Tab S7 cannot be called a complete laptop replacement. It can be a useful addition to your device ecosystem, albeit an expensive one. The tablet captivates with its portability, but during operation you will have to make compromises in the form of the absence of the usual software and a more compact keyboard. The device is convenient for relaxation, but again questions arise about the advisability of buying it if you have a smartphone and laptop.
Generating a battery health report
In order to create a report on the battery of a computer or laptop, run the command period as administrator (in Windows 10, the easiest way to do this is to use the right-click menu on the “Start” button).
After that enter the command powercfg.Batteryreport (possibly writing powercfg / batteryreport) and press Enter. For Windows 7, you can use the powercfg / energy command (moreover, it can also be used in Windows 10, 8, if the battery report does not provide the necessary information).
If everything went well, you will see a message stating that “The battery life report is saved in the C: \ Windows \ system32 \ battery-report.html folder.”.
Go to the C: \ Windows \ system32 \ folder and open the battery-report.html file with any browser (although on one of my computers the file refused to open in Chrome for some reason, I had to use Microsoft Edge, and on the other. without problems).
Laptop battery report in Windows 10

At the top of the report, after the information on the laptop or tablet, the installed system and the BIOS version, in the Installed Battery section, you will see the following important information:

The Usage History section in a tabular form displays data on the use of the device from the battery (Battery Duration) and the mains (AC Duration).
The Battery Capacity History section provides information on the change in battery capacity over the past month. The data may not be entirely accurate (for example, on some days, the current capacity may “increase”).
The Battery Life Estimates section displays information about the estimated operating time of the device when fully charged in the active state and in the connected standby mode (as well as information about this time with the original battery capacity in the At Design Capacity column).
The last item in the report. Since OS Install displays information about the expected system battery life, calculated based on the use of a laptop or tablet since installing Windows 10 or 8 (not in the last 30 days).
What is it for? For example, to analyze the situation and capacity, if the laptop suddenly began to discharge quickly.
