Basic construction knowledge is required to use these plans. I could not possibly include all of the instructions needed for each aspect of construction. That would take an entire book — and I’m not out to reinvent the wheel. Please review the Terms carefully for a description of what is included.
To successfully use these plans, you will need to, at the very least, familiarize yourself with basic building principles, have a competency with various power and hand tools, and be willing to do some research or seek help to learn construction best practices for things like framing, window installation, sheathing, roofing, and finish wood work. It is recommended that you consult with a local electrician and plumber to make sure your electrical and plumbing is up to code.
Do not attempt to build from The Plans without adequate construction knowledge and experience.
The Plans are offered as building guidelines and suggestions only. The Plans do not constitute legal construction documents. It is recommended to consult with your local building authority before the construction of any structure. Before beginning construction, always have a licensed architect or structural engineer sign off on your final plans.

Francais : Je viens d'acheter les plans complet de la construction , je viens d'y jeter un rapide coup d'oeil et je peux deja dire que c'est un tres beau projet avec des plans tres bien expliqués, étape par étape avec les tous les matériaux utilisés. Alek n'a pas fait ca à moitié ! Premier contact par mail pour lui poser quelques questions et voila pour 250 dollars j'ai les plans ! je me lance bientot je l'espere. Encore merci Alek.

Though designing a tiny house from scratch seemed appealing at first, I kept coming back to Alek's design. He has been great to respond thoroughly and promptly about my early questions. So far the pdf plans look to be exactly what I need and the Google SketchUp file will be perfect for any adjustments I might want to try out. It's a pleasure to explore a 3D perspective of the design! I recommend the plans and SketchUp file as they are both very professionally produced. Thanks Alek!
