Best Paths for Swarm Disaster Exploration
The Abundance Path
The Abundance is the best Path for clearing Swarm Disaster as it can help you survive from taking huge hits from the True Sting. With the Anicca Blessing, you will be able to remove debuffs such as Wind Shear and Outrage.
The Remembrance Path
The Remembrance is a great Path as the final boss doesn't have any resistance to Freeze. This will keep the Swarm enemies from attacking you.
Get Abundance and Preservation Blessings
Use defensive Blessings from the Abundance and Preservation to keep your team alive from the Swarm: True Sting's hard-hitting attacks.
Our special mention goes to the Destruction Blessing Regression Inequality of Annihilation, which equaly distributes the DMG to all allies so that a character will not get one-shot.

Best Characters for Swarm Disaster Exploration
All the Best Characters
Character | Merits |
---|---|
Imbibitor Lunae | Imbibitor Lunae is arguably the best character in beating Swarm Disaster. Collect Propagation Blessings from Swarm domains to enhance his absurd Basic ATK DMG. |
Fu Xuan | Fu Xuan's DMG redirection can help mitigate a lot of DMG and prevent killing blows. Her Skill can prevent Crowd Control debuffs coming from Sting enemies. |
Seele | Seele is a great character for Swarm Disaster. She can defeat the Swarm: True Sting's summons with Resurgence and can deal a lot of single-target DMG. |
Yanqing | While the boss doesn't initially have a weakness to Ice, Yanqing can do well with a bunch of Remembrance Blessings in hand. |
Luocha | Luocha is one of the best healers in game and can remove Wind Shear debuffs. His passive healing from his talent will help in keeping the team alive without the use of Skill Points. |
Gepard | Gepard is an outstanding defensive support who can shield the whole party. He also has a chance to Freeze enemies with his Skill. |
Aventurine | Aventurine is a offensive support who shields the whole party and increases the CRIT DMG taken by enemies using his Ultimate. |
Trailblazer (Fire) | The best F2P shielder in the game. The Fire Trailblazer can taunt enemies and prevent them from attacking the rest of the party. |
Best Teams for Swarm Disaster Exploration

Standard DPS Team
Main DPS | Support | Shielder | Healer |
---|---|---|---|
Qingque | Yukong | Trailblazer (Fire) | Natasha |
Paths & Blessings | Path: Abundance or Propagation Blessings: Propagation, Abundance, Preservation, Hunt |
Qingque and Yukong are excellent F2P choices because of the True Sting's weaknesses to Quantum and Imaginary. Qingque will benefit from the Propagation Blessings that provide her Skill Points to enhance her Basic ATKs.
Optimal Teams
Imbibitor Lunae Team
Main DPS | Support | Healer | Shielder |
---|---|---|---|
Imbibitor Lunae | Sparkle | Luocha | Aventurine |
Paths & Blessings | Path: Abundance or Propagation Blessings: Propagation, Abundance, Preservation, Hunt |
Imbibitor Lunae can take advantage of the Propagation Blessings found by entering Swarm domains. Sparkle will provide Skill Points and DMG buffs for Imbibitor Lunae, while Luocha will be the healer and cleanser of debuffs.
Aventurine brings shields for the party and also increases the CRIT DMG taken by enemies with his Ultimate.
Seele Team
Main DPS | Support | Utility | Healer |
---|---|---|---|
Seele | Bronya | Fu Xuan | Luocha |
Paths & Blessings | Path: Abundance Blessings: Abundance, Hunt, Preservation, Destruction |
Seele is an outstanding DPS who can take down the smaller Sting enemies through Resurgence. Bronya can easily help Seele by giving her extra turns and provide DMG buffs.
Freeze Team
Main DPS | Sub DPS | Support | Shielder |
---|---|---|---|
Yanqing | Pela | Silver Wolf | Gepard |
Paths & Blessings | Path: Remembrance Blessings: Abundance, Remembrance, Destruction |
The Swarm: True Sting doesn't have Freeze RES, so Ice characters are also viable for beating The Swarm Disaster. If you managed to get an Ice Weakness from defeating a boss domain, you can replace Silver Wolf with a healer.
How to Beat Swarm Disaster Boss
General Tips
Defeat the Juvenile Sting Enemies
Swarm: True Sting will summon smaller Juvenile Sting enemies to assist them in combat. These summons when unchecked will overwhelm you with a ton of DMG, so it's best if you go for these targets first.
When slain, the smaller enemies will affect other enemies with Vulnerability, which can increase the DMG taken.
The Swarm: True Stings Boss Guide
Cleanse Wind Shear
The Juvenile Sting enemies can attack and implant a strong Wind Shear debuff on your characters. These Wind Shear debuffs can be activated instantly when the True Sting boss attacks an affected party member.
Use character skills that can cleanse debuffs or Abundance Path Resonance with the Anicca Blessing to remove the Wind Shear effect.
Wave 2 Strategy
Prioritize the Lesser Sting in Wave 2
In Wave 2, the True Sting will summon a Lesser Sting that can debuff a target with Outrage, which prevents a party member from using any Skill.
Defeat the Lesser Sting when it shows up to prevent Outrage. You can also cleanse the Outrage debuff via cleansing or the Abundance Path Resonance.
Weakness Break to Prevent Swarm Onslaught
Starting from Wave 2, The True Sting boss can charge itself and attack on the next turn with a powerful move called Swarm Onslaught. You can cancel the Swarm Onslaught attack via Weakness Break.
Wave 3 Strategy
Defeat the Duplicate True Sting in Wave 3
During the final phase, the True Sting can duplicate itself in two. Between the two, focus your attacks on the True Sting with the smaller health bar to minimize the DMG taken.
You can defeat the smaller Sting enemies surrounding the weaker True Sting to debuff it with Vulnerability.
