I went to Urgent Care as a walk-in. The front desk, wait time, & nurse were attentive. However, my communication with the physician felt a bit rushed. I was tested for what I felt it was & provided my test results. Unfortunately, I remain in pain. The given tx plan was generic and I was not provided alternative med conditions that maybe the cause. Tests were taken but did not understand what testing was done.

Went on line and booked an appointment after 5. The computer gave me a 11am appointment for next day. I saw doctor, had a cat scan, and returned to urgent care in 3 hours. Some say it’s long but it was half the time in an emergency room. Doctor and staff friendly and gave me loving care. I didn’t feel stressed. Dr. Esteban-Galindo was surperb.

Yesterday I felt the same as a year ago when I had pneumonia. I went to Westmed’s Urgent care and with my low oxygen levels he sent me to the hospital which is wheee I knew I belonged.
