    Feedback at work can be a gift 🎁 to those who receive it. However, HOW and WHEN you give feedback matters a lot. Culture Amp's research team found that effective feedback can move the needle on employees' performance, but ineffective feedback has the REVERSE effect. I am sure we can all recall moments of getting unsolicited, poorly timed, and/or vague feedback that were useless at best, and at worst, uncomfortable and hurtful. 😥 But feedback offers an opportunity to improve both our work and our work relationships.
