I'm having an SP day tomorrow. I know mushy peas are classed as free food but are they speed? Thanks x

You can have mushy peas on SP days, as they are Protein.

On SP days, you can have S foods(Speed) and P foods (Protein).
Mushy peas are Protein.

Just remember that when doing SP days that each meal should be 1/2 protein 1/2 speed
