  • 50 ml gin
  • 1 tea bag (herbal, rooibush or red fruits)
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Thomas Henry Tonic Water
  • Ice cubes
  • Glass: longdrink / highball
  • Technique: build in glass

Step 1

Fill gin and one tea bag into a glass.

Allow the tea bag to infuse for about two minutes.
