What Should You Expect Etsy Floor Plans To Include?
When comparing plans, there are a few things to be on the lookout for. Customer reviews are a great place to start. But you should also check to see what the seller’s plans include.
Some sellers have a FAQ section on the listing page that outlines what the plans include. Every seller is different, but generally, they should include the following:
The Blue Prints
All plans will have floor plans, which show the dimensions of rooms, the layout of the home and the locations of doors and windows.
Foundation
Most barndominium plans will also include foundation plans, which give a general design for the structure’s foundation. It will typically show a slab, basem*nt or crawl space. Slab foundations are most common with barndominiums.
Roof
Roof plans outline the elements that make up the barndo’s roof. It will illustrate the roof’s valleys, ridges and hips. Sometimes, the seller will also indicate the:
