    I'm not sure why but my batch is very greasy and they look like they are frying in the oven. The dough was very oily when mixing (I added 1 Tbsp flour hoping to help with the structure bc they didn't seem like they would stay together after cooking) and even using flour on my fork it was hard to pull the fork up off the cookie. I think they'll taste ok, they're cooling now but the texture was definitely different than I expected.

      Hi Ash, I am sorry this happened to you. Almond butter can be fickle in baked goods because of the oil separation. Make sure that the almond butter is properly stirred and incorporated before adding it in with the rest of the ingredients. To do so, you can use a small rubber spatula or butter knife to bring the almond butter back together in the jar. Hope that helps!
